The Accounts Payable Association merges with The Payroll Centre
by Jamie Radford
The Accounts Payable Association is delighted to announce its merger with The Payroll Centre, the UK’s largest payroll membership and learning organisation.
This announcement means the APA will be receiving the required support to follow our plans for expansion; alongside a similar organisation with the capacity to help improve how we serve each other’s communities.
Jamie Radford, CEO of the Accounts Payable Association commented:
“This is excellent news for our accounts payable community. The support of The Payroll Centre will allow us to accelerate APA’s expansion plans with immediate effect.
We will shortly announce dates for 20 new face-to-face training events including our Accounts Payable Annual Update, we are expanding our headline 2020 annual conference by moving it to the Birmingham Metropole Hotel and adding a Gala Awards Dinner, and are in the process of expanding our certifications portfolio.
Additionally we’ll be trialling and developing entirely new products for the AP community later in the year, such as an accounts payable dedicated e-assessment platform, based on award-winning technology from The Payroll Centre”
Neil Hollister, CEO of The Payroll Centre commented:
“We’re delighted to be working with Jamie and his team, and look forward to meeting the accounts payable community at upcoming events.
The Payroll Centre has been supporting the learning and development of the payroll profession for more than 25 years, and we are looking forward to working with, and learning from, the accounts payable profession.”
