What is the APA Conference & Awards?

The largest conference within the Accounts Payable Industry takes place every year, with 100’s of AP professionals convening for a full day of panels and workshops, followed by a celebration of the best and brightest in the industry at the AP Awards. As well as welcoming some of the best industry experts and personalities to speak and present, delegates will have opportunities to network and collaborate with a community of Accounts Payable professionals, gaining new perspectives.

APA Conference 2025 Highlights

Headline Speakers

Steve Backley & Roger Black

Steve Backley was ranked number one in the world in three different decades in the javelin. Breaking three world records, Steve is the only British track and field competitor to win medals at three consecutive Olympic games, and was crowned World Athlete of the Year by the IAAF in 1990.

And.... Roger Black, who won fifteen major Championship Medals, including European Gold, Commonwealth Gold and World Championship Gold Medals. His greatest achievement was in winning the Olympic 400 metres Silver medal in 1996, and being a part of the legendary Gold Medal winning 4 x 400metres relay team at the 1991 World Championships.
